Brownies

Ingredients

1/2 cup Namaste Perfect Flour Blend or Namaste Organic Perfect Flour Blend
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. gluten free baking powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8 X 8 inch pan. In a medium saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat. With a wire whisk add in sugar, eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Spread batter into prepared baking pan. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Brownies are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out with slightly moist crumb. Do not over bake.
