Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes about 5 dozen cookies.


2 1/2 cups Namaste Perfect Flour Blend or Namaste Organic Perfect Flour Blend
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup butter, softened (2 sticks)
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups gluten free chocolate chips (12 oz. pkg.)
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, sugars and vanilla in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts (if using). Drop by small rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
