Choconut Cake with Coconut Fudge Frosting


1 package Namaste Foods Chocolate Cake Mix
2/3 cup coconut oil
1-½ cups water
3 eggs
Coconut Fudge Frosting
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut (more or less to taste)
1 package prepared gluten free chocolate frosting


  1. Heat oven to 350° F. Lightly spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Beat with electric mixer or by hand until blended well.
  3. Bake for approximately 35 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Frost with Coconut Fudge Frosting.
  4. Frosting directions: Combine frosting and coconut until reaches desired consistency.
  5. Frost and enjoy!
