Corn Dog Bites

A great treat for hungry kids!


1 package Namaste Foods No Sugar Added Muffin Mix
2 eggs
½ cup oil
¾ cup water
¼ cup cornmeal
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. hot dogs


  1. Preheat a deep fryer or pot of oil to 375° F. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Cut hot dogs into approximately 1 inch pieces and dip into the batter, then carefully place into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, remove from oil and drain on a plate lined with paper towels. Serve hot with ketchup and mustard.


  • Serving suggestion: Serve with a side of fresh veggies and dip for an easy dinner.
