Dark Chocolate Brownie Candy Cane Cookies

Ingredients
1 pkg Namaste Organic Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix
1 egg
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup water
1 - 12 oz. package gluten free white chocolate chips
3 candy canes, crushed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine Brownie mix, egg, butter and water. Roll a heaping tablespoon of dough between your palms to form a ball. Place on cookie sheet and flatten with palm to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool and firm up for a few minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
- Place white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Continue microwaving in 15 second increments, stirring after each, until chocolate chips are fully melted.
- Dip half of each cookie in white chocolate and place on wax paper. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes. Allow the chocolate to harden before removing from wax paper.
