Dark Chocolate Brownie Candy Cane Cookies

Ingredients

1 pkg Namaste Organic Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix
1 egg
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup water
1 - 12 oz. package gluten free white chocolate chips
3 candy canes, crushed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Brownie mix, egg, butter and water. Roll a heaping tablespoon of dough between your palms to form a ball. Place on cookie sheet and flatten with palm to 1/4 inch thickness.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool and firm up for a few minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
  4. Place white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Continue microwaving in 15 second increments, stirring after each, until chocolate chips are fully melted.
  5. Dip half of each cookie in white chocolate and place on wax paper. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes. Allow the chocolate to harden before removing from wax paper.
