Doggie Doughnut Biscuits

Contributed by our own Hilde and her dog Ellie! Of course, it's also gluten free! Vegan variation included.


3 cups Namaste Perfect Flour Blend or Namaste Organic Perfect Flour Blend
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 eggs
1-15 oz can pure pumpkin


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In large bowl stir all ingredients until soft dough forms.
  3. Divide dough in half. Using floured rolling pin, roll each dough half to 1/2 inch thickness on floured surface. Cut with cookie cutter or knife. Make small indent in center of biscuit to resemble a doughnut hole. Lightly oil a baking sheet, and place cutouts about 1 inch apart.
  4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until dry and golden brown. Allow to cool completely before storing.
  5. How to Store Dog Treats: In general, store and use as you would cookies. Humidity levels may soften the treats. Humid/hot climates may promote faster spoilage of the treats. Store in an air-tight container or plastic zip bag at room temperature for up to 1 week. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months. Store in the freezer for up to 6 months.
