Easy Mug Cakes

Ingredients

6 tablespoons Namaste Foods Chocolate Cake Mix or Spice Cake Mix
1 egg
2 teaspoons oil
2 tablespoons water

Directions

1. Lightly spray standard sized coffee mug with non-stick spray.
2. Combine cake mix, egg, oil, and water. Mix with fork until there are no lumps.
3. Bake in microwave oven on high for 2 minutes.
4. Eat as is or top with ice cream or whipped topping.

Made using 1,000 watt microwave. Different wattage may require experimentation.

Variations: add chocolate chips, chopped nuts or top with fresh fruit. Yum!
