GF + DF Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup vegan butter (softened)
1/2 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups Namaste Perfect Flour Blend or Namaste Organic Perfect Flour Blend
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups dairy-free chocolate chips of your choice
Directions
- Cream together sugars, butter and coconut oil.
- Add in eggs and vanilla. Slowly add in flour, baking soda and salt until fully combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Using a medium size ice cream scoop, scoop dough onto baking sheet and chill or freeze for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375° F when ready to bake.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
