GF + DF Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2 cup vegan butter (softened)
1/2 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups Namaste Perfect Flour Blend or Namaste Organic Perfect Flour Blend
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups dairy-free chocolate chips of your choice


  1. Cream together sugars, butter and coconut oil.
  2. Add in eggs and vanilla. Slowly add in flour, baking soda and salt until fully combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Using a medium size ice cream scoop, scoop dough onto baking sheet and chill or freeze for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 375° F when ready to bake.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
