Matcha White Chocolate Cookies

So little time, so matcha do, but first, a cookie!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, browned
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 2/3 cup Gluten Free Perfect Flour Blend
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 tsp matcha powder
  • 3 oz white chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix browned butter and sugars. Add egg and yolk and whisk until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
  3. Slowly add dry ingredients to the large bowl mixture.
  4. Mix in white chocolate chips.
  5. Refrigerate dough for 30 min to 1 hour.
  6. Roll into balls and bake at 350 deg. for 15 minutes.
