Matcha White Chocolate Cookies
So little time, so matcha do, but first, a cookie!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, browned
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 2/3 cup Gluten Free Perfect Flour Blend
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 tsp matcha powder
- 3 oz white chocolate chips
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix browned butter and sugars. Add egg and yolk and whisk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to the large bowl mixture.
- Mix in white chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate dough for 30 min to 1 hour.
- Roll into balls and bake at 350 deg. for 15 minutes.
