Pineapple Banana Muffins

Yummy low fat recipe with no oil or sugar added! Makes about 12 muffins.
Ingredients
1 pkg. Namaste Foods Muffin and Scone Mix
1-8 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tsp. cinnamon
About 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (3 small)
3 eggs
Directions
- Heat oven to 400° F. Lightly spray or grease muffin tins or use paper liners.
- In large bowl combine Muffin mix and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In small bowl combine eggs, pineapple and bananas. Add wet ingredients to dry and combine until just mixed.
- Fill cups 3/4 full. Bake for 12-15 minutes until tops turn a light golden brown.
