Rocky Road Brownies

Ingredients

2-1/4 cups Namaste Foods Brownie mix (1/2 package)
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1-1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Combine Brownie mix with eggs, water and melted butter; stir to combine. Fold in nuts (if using) and 1/2 cup mini marshmallows.
3. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with non-stick spray. Add brownie mixture and bake for 35 minutes.
4. Remove from oven, top with remaining marshmallows and place under the broiler for a brief time until marshmallows brown and puff up.
