Savory Sweet Grape & Cheese Muffins

Perfect recipe combination of savory and sweet from our own Ruth. Thanks for sharing Ruth! Makes about 15 muffins


1 pkg Organic Quick Bread & Muffin Mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter or oil
3/4 cup milk, any kind
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1 cup white cheese, cubed


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease muffin tin or add paper liners.
  2. Mix eggs, oil and milk until well combined. Add mix an whisk until there are no lumps.
  3. Fill cups about half full of batter.
  4. Halve grapes and cube cheese. Press a few pieces of grapes into the middle of muffin, then add a cube of cheese. Cover with more batter.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Makes about 15 muffins.
