Triple Berry Blast Trifle


For the cake:

1 package Namaste Foods Organic Yellow Cake Mix
1/3 cup oil or unsalted butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk, any kind

For the whipped cream:

16 fl oz heavy whipping cream OR 1 container gluten free whipped topping (if using whipped topping disregard other additions)
1/2 cup powdered sugar or granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the berry mixture:

1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries


  1. Prepare cake as directed on package. Allow to cool completely. Once cooled, cut into 1" cubes.
  2. Using a cold bowl and a high speed mixer, whip heavy cream, vanilla and sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Carefully combine berries.
  4. Place half of cake cubes in trifle dish. Add half of berries and half of whipped topping. Add remaining ingredients in same order.
  5. If using smaller containers, divide ingredients up into equal layers.
