1-1/4 cups Namaste Perfect Flour Blend or Namaste Organic Perfect Flour Blend
1 tablespoon gluten free baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs or Namaste Vegan Egg Replacer
1-1/4 cups milk, any kind
2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)


  1. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Whisk together wet ingredients in medium bowl.
  3. Add liquid ingredients to dry and combine well.
  4. Preheat waffle iron to medium heat. Add batter by 1/3 cupfuls into sprayed waffle iron. Cook until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Add more liquid as necessary if batter becomes to thick as it sits.


  • Makes about 12 - 14 4" waffles. Waffles freeze well individually and can be warmed up in toaster.
