Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

1-1/2 cups Pizza Crust Mix
1-1/4 cups water
1 tsp avocado oil

3 eggs

ground breakfast sausage, Canadian bacon or bacon crumbles, cooked and drained (optional)

garlic salt (optional)

Chipotle sauce (optional)

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Combine pizza crust mix, water and oil in medium bowl. The batter will be thin, don’t worry! Spread on a pizza stone or a silpat.

3. Bake for 18-25 minutes depending on how some you like your crust. My family likes 18 minutes, I prefer 22ish :) If you like a crispier crust, flip it over after 10 minutes.

4. Increase oven temperature to 450°F.

5. Take the crust out of the oven and top with a little drizzle of avocado oil, a sprinkle of garlic salt, ground breakfast sausage, bacon crumbles, Canadian bacon and 3 raw eggs (I also sprinkled in Brussel sprouts from last night’s dinner because why not?) Also feel free to top with your own favorites. Bake at 450° until the eggs are set. This takes about 11 minutes. Take out of the oven, top with fresh herbs and a drizzle of chipotle sauce if you like.
