Mediterranean Pasta

Makes a great pasta salad too!


1 package Namaste Foods Pasta Pisavera Pasta Dinner
15-20 slices pepperoni, sliced in half
1/3 cup sliced black olives
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
½ cup broccoli flowerets, steamed 5 minutes
½ cup halved cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp. olive oil (or more to taste)


  1. Add pasta to approximately 3 quarts of boiling, salted water. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until desired tenderness (do not overcook.) Stir occasionally. Drain. Do not rinse.
  2. When pasta is cooked and drained, put pasta back in the pan. Add remaining ingredients, heat through and serve.


  • This doubles as a wonderful pasta salad served at room temperature or slightly chilled
  • Recipe variation: Add ¼ cup pine nuts for a little more crunch. Feel free to use pitted greek olives in place of black olives. You can also add chopped red onion, green pepper or red pepper for even more flavor and crunch.
