Pizza Crust

Makes two approximately 12" pizza crusts


1 pkg. Namaste Bread & Roll Mix
1-1/4 cups water
1 Tbsp. olive oil
• Your favorite pizza toppings


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine yeast packet (comes with mix) with 3/4 cup warm water (105°F). Let stand for 5 minutes to activate yeast.
  3. Place bread mix in a separate bowl and create a well. Add yeast mixture and an additional 1/2 cup of water and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Stir with wooden spoon until well combined. Dough will be soft yet firm. Collect dough with your hands and form into a ball.
  4. Divide dough into two pieces and shape each into a disk. Place dough on a pizza pan and place a piece of plastic wrap on top of dough to prevent rolling pin from sticking. Gently roll dough into desired shape with rolling pin until very thin (less than 1/4” thick) - approximately 12”circle.
  5. Remove plastic wrap and place in 350°F oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top with your favorite sauce and toppings. Place back in the oven for 20 minutes until toppings are golden and crust is crispy. Remove, let rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
